Renovation of a Townhouse in Alloa

April 2010.

This Grade B Listed Townhouse dates from the late 19th Century. The client purchased the top two floor, with Planning Permission to sub-divide into three separate flats. Capital A Architecture Ltd. acted as a consultant for the developer, and lodged a successful Building Warrant and made several amendments to the Historic interior, which required careful negotiation with Historic Scotland.

Construction Costs

The project cost £150,000 + VAT.

These costs were relevant when the project was completed in 2010. Prices have changed since this was built, see this post for more details of current construction costs.
